1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

1.1 The Company agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

• Storage of flood panels.
• Installation of flood panels prior to hurricanes of Category 1 or higher.
• Removal of flood panels after storms have passed.
• Biannual maintenance checks throughout the hurricane season, which includes inspection of all anchors and hardware, and verification that the EPDM rubber is intact and water-tight.

2. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

2.1 The Client may opt into a membership program for continuous service, billed at a rate of $199 per month.

2.2 Membership includes:

• Full installation of Client-owned flood panels (if paid in full).
• Maintenance and service provisions as specified in Section 1.1.

2.3 Clients who have financed their panels must accept the membership program to receive services.

2.4 Clients who choose to cancel the membership can do so with a 30-day notice. Upon cancellation, there will be no coverage under warranty for the installation and maintenance of the flood panels.

3. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

3.1 The Company warrants the installation of flood panels only if Client has maintained an active membership at the time of installation.

3.2 If Clients cancel their membership and opt for self-installation, the warranty will be voided. The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to install properly.

3.3 The Company shall endeavor to complete installation and removal of flood panels timely, and if requested, can leave partial openings closed and others open until storms approach.

3.4 Clients must provide access to their property for installation and maintenance services, even if the Client is out of town.

4. CLIENT APPROVAL

4.1 The Client must approve and sign off on any and all installation and maintenance activities.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

5.1 The monthly fee for the membership program shall be $199, due on the first of every month.

5.2 All fees must be paid in a timely manner to retain service and warranty claims.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

6.2 This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement executed by both parties.

6.3 The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
