Policy Statement :

At No More Flooding, we are committed to providing high-quality aluminum panels designed to keep floodwaters from entering homes and businesses. Our products are engineered to withstand typical flooding conditions experienced in Florida; however, we want to make our customers aware of certain limitations to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding the use of our products.

1. Warranty Coverage :

• No More Flooding warrants that our aluminum panels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [10years] from the date of installation for aluminum panels and (5years) for rubber EPDM.
• In the event of a product failure within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will provide replacement panels at no cost to the customer.
• This warranty applies only if client accepts

  Are explained in the membership program.

2. Limitations of Warranty :

• This warranty does not cover damage or failure arising from extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Hurricanes
  • Storm surges
  • Rainfall that exceeds the height of the installed units
• No More Flooding is not responsible for any structural damage that may occur to the customer’s property as a result of natural disasters, including floods that wash away the foundation or completely destroy the property.
• Our panels are designed to prevent water from entering through the specific openings we cover, but they do not guarantee the structural integrity of the property itself.

3. Discount Policy for Rebuilds :

• In the unfortunate event that a property is damaged or destroyed by flooding, and our products were installed correctly, No More Flooding will offer a discount of total amount given up to the event for rebuilding the home or business.
• This discount applies only for reconstruction or repair costs directly associated with properties that were outfitted with our aluminum panels:
  • We will cover loss based off customer signing contract with new rebuild or renovation with No More Flooding or our partners General Construction and engineering services.
  • Prices are based off market pricing for damage incurred.

4. Customer Responsibilities :

• Customers must ensure that the panels are installed correctly by trained professionals as per the guidelines provided by No More Flooding.
• Customers are encouraged to review their homeowner’s insurance policy to ensure adequate coverage for flood and water-related damages.

5. Disclaimer :

• No More Flooding makes no guarantees regarding performance in extraordinary weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our products are intended as a precautionary measure against typical flooding and are not a substitute for emergency preparedness and response.

6. Acceptance of Terms :

• By purchasing and installing our products, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein.
