We provide flood protection systems, installation, maintenance, and construction services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather conditions, property access, and other operational factors.

3. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

• Clients may enroll in our membership program at the rate of $199 per month.
• Membership includes installation, maintenance, and priority service as outlined in your contract.
• Clients who have financed their panels are required to maintain an active membership.
• Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice. Upon cancellation, warranty coverage on flood panels and installation services will no longer apply.
  
  

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

• All fees, including membership payments, must be paid on time to ensure continued service and warranty eligibility.
• Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  
  

5. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS

• Installation warranties are valid only while a client maintains an active membership.
• Self-installation or use of third-party providers voids warranties provided by No More Flooding.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
• While we strive for timely installation and removal, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  
  

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate and complete information when signing agreements or requesting services.
• Grant access to property for installation, removal, and maintenance, even if the client is not present.
• Ensure property conditions are safe and accessible for our technicians.
  
  

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and educational materials, is the property of No More Flooding and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No More Flooding shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to property damage or loss caused by extreme weather conditions.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if clients fail to comply with these Terms of Service, miss payments, or misuse our products and services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee County, Florida.

11. MODIFICATIONS

No More Flooding reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
